POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Payments & Deposits:
The reservation will be held upon receipt of a nonrefundable deposit check
of 50% of the total stay amount. Rally payment for reservations are due in full by May 1. If not received at that time, the rental dates
will be released. Rally deposits are taken at time of reservation, and are nonrefundable.

Security Deposits:
A security/damage deposit of $3000 is due at time of full payment. The
security deposit is held until the vacation home has been cleaned and
inspected, and will be returned within 2 weeks of the stay. The full
amount, less any damage deductions, will be returned by check.
Check In/ Check Out Time:
Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 9 am.
Cancellations:
There are no monetary refunds for cancellations.
Tax and Service Charges:
House cleaning, maintenance, and South Dakota Sales Tax are included
within the rental fee.
Other Policies:
There is absolutely no smoking in the vacation home. Smoking is allowed
outside only if proper care is taken to dispose all trash in the proper
places on the property grounds. If this is not done, you may be charged for
a clean up. If there is smoking in the home, there will be a charge for a
professional cleaning. This charge will be a minimum of $250 up to the full
reimbursement of professional cleaning charges. No pets are allowed in the
vacation home. The premises key is located in a lockbox and the lockbox
combination will be provided to the renter prior to date of arrival. All
Boulder Canyon Subdivision covenants must be adhered to by all members of
the rental party. Covenants are listed in the home.
Amenities:
The home is equipped to provide enough towels, bedding, kitchen supplies,
etc. for the maximum occupancy of the home. If you feel that more is
needed, you may bring your own.
Swim Spa:
The owners of Great Bison Lodge are not responsible for any act of negligence in the use of the swim spa, and the renter
assumes all responsibility for self and guests. Adults must accompany children in the swim spa, and extreme care
and caution must be followed. We are not responsible for accidents - use at your own risk.
Disclaimer:
The owners of Great Bison Lodge will not be held liable for any personal loss,
damage, or injury to any renters or their guests while in or on the
premises. Further, we will not assume responsibility for loss, delay, or
expense caused by weather or other circumstances beyond our control. All renters and/or their guests agree to indemnify the owners of Great Bison Lodge against any/all claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any renter, member of the family, or guest occurring as a result of the use of any/all amenities and facilities of Great Bison Lodge.
When on the internet the renter is prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or would otherwise violate the law. We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone posting or surfing any such information or materials.
This rental agreement must be signed, dated, and returned with rental
deposit.
